We injection mold plastic parts in small quantities of 100, one thousand, ten thousand, at a time. Molding

is a mass production process normally used to make millions of parts, and to do that you need fully automatic hardened steel tooling (molds) that cost tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars each.

We build small hand molds from aluminum that cost a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, and we've been doing it since 1974. The parts are just as good, and if you decide the part design needs a little tweaking, mold changes are pretty reasonable. We mold almost any plastic, nylon, polycarb, noryl, ABS, acrylics, propylene, elastomers, etc.

We often make a mold for the prototype and then produce in batches of 100 or 1,000 from it.

We can then upgrade the tool for larger production runs if the product is a hit. Upgrades reduce the cost per part. We have a aluminum molds here that are 30 years old and have produced a half million plus parts and are still good.

If you have an invention or a project that will sell only a few hundred or a few thousand parts per year, it is often cheaper to have us mold them than to machine them, especially if you require multiple small orders. The money saved on tooling can be spent on marketing or just reduce the amount you need to borrow for your project.
